We not not offer refunds only exchange. The only circumstance a refund is permissible is unless the item you have recived is damaged or faulty. However this process can only occur within the first 14 days that you recieve your order. This can simply be communicated by notifying our customer care team on heeracollectionsaustralia@gmail.com
This can simply be done using the the HEERA Collection website. By clicking on our categories, you can easily navigate the wide range of jewellery that we offer. Once you have decided you preferenced products, add to your cart and wait till it arrives to your doorstep.

The delivery cost will vary depending on you location whether it be national or international. National (within Australia) is $6.95 and international shipping is $18.45. However for our customers located within Australia, any purchases over the cost of $75 will receive free shipping. The time for delivery will range 4-5 business days and international 1-2 business weeks.
You can easily make a hassle-free exchange within the first 14 days by emailing us on heeracollectionsaustralia@gmail.com. The 14 days will begin from the day you receive the product. We do not offer returns or store credit. In order to have an exchange there must be proof of the faulty item or a sizing issue.
