Refund policy

All products are carefully inspected to ensure quality before they are dispatched.

If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us at heeracollectionsaustralia@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue. Our team will review your request and aims to respond within one business day.

Where a return is authorised, the item must be sent back within 48 hours of approval. Returned products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging and condition. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be declined.

Refunds cannot be issued for items that have been opened, worn, used, or otherwise altered from their original state.

Returns may be accepted only if:
• The item was damaged in transit

Returns will not be accepted for:
• Damage caused by normal wear and tear
• Change of mind
• Items that do not suit personal preference
• Incorrect sizing (please refer to the measurements provided in each product description before purchasing)

Clearance or sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for change of mind or suitability.

Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will endeavour to accommodate your request.

Cancellations cannot be accepted after the 24-hour period has elapsed.
